Date-Free Gut Loving Bliss Balls

I love these date-free gut loving bliss balls to keep me going through a big week of work. 

 

Recipe:

 

1 cup oats (or gf oats or almond meal)
1/2 cup nut butter 
1/4 cup organic shredded coconut
1-2 tbs organic raw honey
1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
1 heaped tbs raw cacao powder
1 1/2 tbs organic coconut oil

1 tbs collagen hydrolysate powder
splash room temp water

Method: 

 

Add the oats to the blender and pulse into a fine crumb. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the water). Pulse until the mixture starts to come together. Add a small splash of water (start with 1 tbs). Use your fingers to check the mixture comes together when pressed. If it's too dry, add more liquid. If it's too wet, add a little more nut butter or some more oats. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for the week. Makes 9 + 1 sample one... because who doesn't have a cheeky sample?!
