I’ve created basic chapters and I encourage you to pick one recipe from each chapter to cook for that week. So that’s one brekky option, one tray of yummy veggies, one grain, one snack (or two, if you fancy) and so on. 

 

THE RECIPES ARE GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE

 

All of the recipes in this book are gluten free and can be dairy free if desired. Some are even vegan. With that said, this meal prep guide is an omnivore guide. Though most recipes are in fact vegetarian or plant-based
