I believe your body is a road map to what is happening with your health, both physically and emotionally. Every ailment, twinge, flutter, or feeling is your body giving you a very distinct message. These cooking classes have been developed to help you decipher that incredible message and feed your body accordingly. 

 

Each class has a different yet equally important focus that needs attention in order for you to thrive. My intention is to help you learn ins and outs of what foods and herbs can nourish you, and allow your body to reach homeostasis (balance of the body, mind and soul).
